Must read

Self determination activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho has called on all Yorubas to jointly confront the menace of terrorists killing defenseless citizens in Yoruba land.

In a voice note released on Monday, Igboho said the sad incident in Owo, Ondo State, where more than 30 worshippers were killed on Sunday, validates his past warnings that Fulani terrorists have encircled the whole of Yoruba land.

“I commiserate with the families of those who were killed by terrorists in Owo on Sunday. God will not allow such occurrence to happen again in our land. I also greet the catholic church. May God comfort you at this time.

“My fathers and mothers, what i warned you about in the past is happening before you all. My voice was so loud that many people amongst our governors, senators saw me as a bad person, not knowing that What i saw, you did not see, particularly on the plans of the Fulani people. I’m not contending with any governor or any senator or house of representatives member. Some people were running me down, claiming that Igboho is the one causing problem in the society. You have all seen those fomenting trouble.

“If we are all indifferent to what is happening around us, very soon, you or your family might fall victim. My message is that all gallant and brave Yoruba sons must come together and fight these invaders. They have surrounded our cities. It’s not too late to act. I’m not fighting with anybody. My message is that we must come together to fight these people. If i have offended anyone in my quest to defend Yoruba people, please forgive me. I’m your child. May this never happen again in our land again”
