Benue State Government has announced that starting from November tomorrow, Friday November 6, 2020, to January 29, 2021, everyFriday of the week would be a work free day for civil servants in the employ of the state government.
This initiative, according to the state government was to allow civil servants the time to harvest the farm produce.
According to the state Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mrs Ngunan Addingi, “the declaration of Fridays as work-free days is to improve food security in the state.”
